Consent Forms
Some treatments require the signing of a consent form before Elegant Image can provide the service. Before we can book any of the services affected we require you or your parent/guardian (as specified on the consent form) to read, complete and sign the appropriate Consent Form.

Omnilux Information
Under Australian Department of Health and Ageing regulations the advertising of medical devices such as the Omnilux revive and blue is tightly regulated, and this it seems includes published medical discussions, magazine articles and editorial matter. Elegant Image is compelled to comply with these reguations but we feel this information is important and we urge you to research all claims made as it seems these rules only effect medical products with Therapeutic Goods Administration Approvals and such regulations are not rigorously enforced on cheap unevaluated devices that have never been subjected to independent clinical trials and/or medical peer review as such our advice is to research all claims made about any skincare / healthcare product/procedure you may be considering and if at all unsure, consult your physician.
Be aware, you should be critical of all internet research as much of the published material is designed to be misleading, this is exampled by the Phototherapeutics Ltd's PDT technology (Omnilux), many competitors that never subject their products to independent clinical trials or peer review justify their claims based on the Omnilux research results. In effect what they say is true, but the results were never achieved using their technology.
